To work in the UK you must have the relevant work permission. This type of visa will not be granted to you directly; you will require a UK based ‘employer’ to sponsor the work permit before you are granted your official work permit visa.

This visa will allow you to work in your chosen field of profession with the opportunity to change employers without having to apply for a work permit. You must have graduate qualifications or Post Graduate qualifications to benefit from this status.

Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)
Full Residency, or Permanent Residency is correctly known as "Indefinite Leave to Remain." (ILR). It can be applied for in several ways depending upon the applicant's UK Immigration Status when applying.

Visas

Fiance(e) Visa
This visa will allow your Fiancé(e) entry to the UK with the intention to marry within 6 months of the visa being endorsed on his or her passport. Contact us for further details and advice.
Visa - Unmarried Partners
This visa will be granted if you can prove that you have been in a relationship similar to a marriage for 2 years. The document requirements are also similar to the ones for a Marriage Visa.
Visa Extensions to Visa
You are able to apply for extensions to most UK visas while you are present in the UK. The visas you are not allowed to apply for extensions for are short term visas, like a visit visa.

Naturalisation & Citizenship

Marriage Settlement
This visa will ensure that if you are the Non-European spouse of a UK Resident or British Citizen, you can settle in the UK as husband and wife. The visa will be granted for 2 years, after which you can apply for residency.

British Citizenship
This is gained when you apply for “British Citizenship” by way of Naturalisation. You must be a permanent resident person with indefinite leave to remain already endorsed on your passport.
